Terms and Conditions:

Registration
To book any of our services you must be registered with us.
Please contact us and we will email you our Registration Form.
Payments
Once Registered with us, clients are billed in advance of their walk(s) or pet visit(s). Billing may be weekly or monthly, as agreed with your Dog Walker.
All payments must be received before walk(s) or pet visit(s) are carried out. Please note, late payments may incur an additional charge of 10%.
We accept payments by Bank Transfer, or in cash. Please see the details for Bank Transfers within your copy of the Registration Form.
Cancellations
Clients must provide 24 hours notice of their cancellation. This allows us to offer your cancellation to another client. To cancel, please text or call us on Tel: 07506 118 174.

Cancellations received with less than 24 hours notice will incur a full charge for the booked walk or pet visit.
Clients who have paid for a walk/pet visit must ensure their dog/pet is available at the agreed address, on arrival of the Dog Walker. If the dog/pet is not available during the booking then clients will be unable to get a refund.

If we are unable to gain access to your property to undertake a walk or pet visit then you will not be able to claim a refund for the service booked.
If you have booked a walk and we cannot locate your dog's collar/harness and/or lead you will be charged for the service booked.
Extreme Weather
We predominantly undertake our dog walks in forests and woodlands, therefore during the summer our dogs are well protected from the sun whilst they explore the forests and woodlands of south Wales.
Fresh drinking water is provided for dogs before and after their walks. Equally, our vans are fully insulated against hot and cold weather.

During extreme temperatures or heavy rainfall and subsequent flooding we may need to alter our walk times and/or reduce our hour walks to half an hour. We may also need to cancel walks if we feel it is unsafe for our dogs and walkers to be out. In all cases we will inform our clients at the earliest opportunity and look to reschedule the walk, or offer a reimbursement for the paid 1 hour walk.
During cold weather such as snow and ice we would advise our clients to ensure their dog is provided with adequate cold protection such as a coat/jacket to wear on their walk.
Clients must ensure any cold protection they would like their dog to wear is made available for the Dog Walker on their arrival.
Muddy Wet Paws
Clients should ensure a suitable towel is left out to dry wet coats and wipe muddy paws.
Clients must ensure any doors or stair gates are closed if they do not want their dog to have access to certain areas of their house.
Dog Walkers will always leave doors and stair gates as they have found them, unless advised otherwise by our clients
Dog Health
It is important for dogs to be up-to-date with their vaccinations to help prevent the spread of the following canine diseases: Distemper, parvovirus, canine hepatitis, leptospirosis, and kennel cough.
Dogs must be regularly treated for parasites such as worms, ticks, and fleas.
Please take medical advice from your vet in respect to vaccinations and parasite treatment for your dog.
Dog Behaviour
Upon registration with us we must be advised immediately if your dog is aggressive towards other dogs, people, and other animals. Unfortunately, we will not be able to provide a service for any dog who displays aggressive behaviour.
Should any dog display aggressive behaviour towards other dogs, people, or other animals during our walks or pet visits we will cancel our service immediately. We will also withhold any reimbursement for the walk or pet visit.
The owner of the dog/pet is solely responsible and liable for any costs relating to any injuries or damages resulting from the aggressive behaviour.

We must be notified of any recall issue whereby your dog refuses to return once their name has been called.
Medical Emergencies
In the unlikely event of a medical emergency concerning your dog or pet we will administer first aid where possible and seek medical attention immediately. We will also contact you immediately.
If however, we are unable to contact you, by agreeing to these terms and conditions you are agreeing to us taking the necessary action on your behalf to safeguard the health, safety and welfare of your dog or pet. Any costs incurred as a result of this action will be covered by yourself as the owner of the dog or pet.
