How it all works

1. Get in touch with us to check our availability for a dog walk or pet visit through a variety of different ways: phone, text, email, or message us on WhatsApp.

2. Once you've checked our availability we will email you our Registration Form.

3. Complete the Registration Form and email it back to us.

4. Once we receive your Registration form we will arrange a convenient time to pop round to meet you and your dog, and to discuss any additional needs before our first walk together.

5. Walks can be arranged on a regular weekly or monthly basis, or as and when you need us (dependant on availability).

6. We will pick up your dog from your home address, and drop your dog back at the same address.

7. ​All walks begin when we get to our walk location - Transporting to and from walks is not part of the hour long walk.

8. ​No more than 4 dogs will be walked on each group walk. 

9. ​For all of our group walks, we aim to mix and match dogs of similar sizes, ages, temperaments, and behaviour to ensure all of our dogs are having the best time ever.​

10. At your request, we would be happy to send you Photos of your dog on their walk with us via WhatsApp - just let us know before their walk so photos can be taken. 

11. We regularly post photos and/or videos of our walks on our Facebook Page so give us a like and follow so you can see all the doggy fun we have!

12. Please note we cannot walk dogs who exhibit confrontational or aggressive behaviour towards our dogs, dog walkers, other people, and other animals. Please see our Terms and Conditions for details.
